Lex Rhoadarmer Honored for 30 Years of Service

Recently Lex Rhoadarmer, English Language Arts & Theatre Education teacher at Clearwater High School, was honored by the Kansas Thespian organization for his 30 years of service. We are incredibly proud to call Mr. Rhoadarmer one of our own here in Clearwater Schools and congratulate him on this accomplishment and recognition. Well done Mr. Rhoadarmer! Please join us in congratulating Lex Rhoadarmer on being honored by the Kansas Thespians for his 30 years of service in Theatre Education. Throughout three decades, Rhoadarmer has inspired generations of students through a deep commitment to arts education, fostering creativity, confidence, and leadership both on and off the stage. Under his guidance, Clearwater’s theatre program flourished, providing countless students with meaningful performance opportunities and a strong sense of community. Rhoadarmer’s impact extends far beyond productions and performances. His mentorship, passion for storytelling, and dedication to student growth have left a lasting legacy at Clearwater High School and within the Kansas Thespian community. Kansas Thespians celebrate Lex Rhoadarmer’s outstanding career and thanks him for 30 years of unwavering service to students, the arts, and education. The award was presented during the awards ceremony concluding the Kansas Thespian Festival on January 10, 2026. We are proud of Lex and his well-deserved achievement.
