For new students entering the district, please complete the Pre-Registration link. When ready, your child’s enrollment
takes place in PowerSchool. Parents/Guardians will need an account to get started. The instructions for the process are listed below.


Here are the steps to follow for your student to be fully enrolled in Clearwater schools

  1. Pre-Register | Use the link above to begin the process. You will provide a few pieces of information about your child and then you will hear back from the school. 

  2. Create a Parent Portal account in PowerSchool using information supplied by the school. Here is a step-by-step instruction sheet. 

  3. Enroll your child  | Here are the steps for using the forms in PowerSchool to enroll:

    1. Login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal

    2. Select your student

    3. Go to Forms

    4. Select Enrollment

    5. Complete all forms and submit

  4. Pay Fees |   Here are the steps for using the forms in PowerSchool to select and pay fees:

    1. Once the office notifies you that your fees are ready, go to your Parent Portal in PowerSchool

    2. Click on Balance

    3. Click Make Payment

    4. You will be directed to Revtrack, our online payment portal. Select the enrollment fees, lunch/breakfast fees, and optional fees that are relevant to your child.

    5. Go to checkout and pay fees online. You can also pay fees by bringing cash or a check into your child’s school office.

If your child is participating in sports, the following forms should be filled out and returned to the school.
