Maintenance Shop Sealed Bid Auction

USD 264 is having a sealed bid auction for equipment from the USD 264 Maintenance Department that is no longer in use. The auction will be open on Monday, June 16th and close on Friday, June 27th at 4:00 PM. The winner of each bid will be notified by June 30th. Details of the equipment are listed with the pictures and the name of the item. The winning bidder will be responsible for picking up and hauling the machine/equipment. Detailed pictures are below. 

Anyone wishing to purchase these items will need to submit a formal letter or email to Garry Welch, 151 S First Clearwater, KS 67026 or gwelch@usd264.org, requesting to bid on the item with the following information:

1. Item being bid on

2. Amount wishing to bid

3. Payment method (cash or check)

4. Date you can pick up the item.
