3-Year-Old PreSchool
We are now able to offer early childhood enrollment for three-year-olds who fit certain at-risk criteria that is defined by Kansas Department of Education. This includes measures such as qualifying for free meals, single parent families, Kansas Department for Children and Families referral, teen parents, parents lacking in a GED, limited English proficiency, lower than expected development, migrant status, or homelessness.
If you think your child might be eligible, please complete the form below. Space is limited, so please complete the online form as soon as possible. Screenings will take place in May. For those that do not meet at-risk criteria, further in-person screening will be held in May. Your child should be three years old on or before August 31 of the year of enrollment. 4-Year-Old PreSchool
The Early Childhood Program at Clearwater Elementary West is designed to assist students who may experience difficulty in school without early interventions. The information provided below will be used to determine enrollment in the program and will serve as documentation necessary to apply for grant funding for the program. A completed application is required in order for a student to be enrolled in the program but does not in any way guarantee enrollment. The deadline for applications is April 1st. Applications received after April 1 st will be considered if space is available. Otherwise, all late applicants will be placed on the waiting list. No decisions regarding enrollment will be made before the close of the application window. Information provided on this application is held confidential and will not be shared. Students must be 4 by September 1st of the year of enrollment.
