Complete the Non-Resident Student Application by July 15.

Applications are reviewed based on district capacity and selection criteria.

Enrollment is required for:

Current Students: Students already attending USD 264 must complete annual re-enrollment.

New In-District Students: Students who have recently moved into the district.

Returning In-District Students: Students who previously attended USD 264, left, and are now returning.

New Out-of-District Students: Students residing outside district boundaries seeking admission.

Ensure you have the following documents:

State-issued birth certificate.

Proof of required immunizations.
-
Health assessment conducted by a physician within the past 12 months.
These documents are necessary prior to the first day of school.

Yes.

Enrollment fees are not collected during the initial enrollment period.

The fee payment period begins in July.

Clearwater Elementary West: 7:50 AM – 3:00 PM

Pre-K Program: Morning session: 7:50 – 10:50 AM.; Afternoon session: 11:40 AM. – 3:00 PM.; Tuesday – Friday.

Clearwater Intermediate Middle School: 7:55 AM – 3:05 PM

Clearwater High School: 7:50 AM – 3:10 PM

Designed for children aged 3–5, focusing on early childhood education.

Priority enrollment for students with identified risk factors.

Monthly fee: $110 (subject to change); reduced fees available for qualifying families.

Program includes activities in literacy, math, motor skills, and social development.
