USD 264 Intouch Online provides parents and/or guardians academic information regarding their student(s) through the Internet. With an Internet connection and a USD 264 Intouch Online user account, parents may access their child’s attendance, grades, class schedule, discipline, and other information.

Information is available only for students in grades 4-12. USD 264 Intouch Online does not include the elementary schools at this time.

If you have an InTouch user ID and password, please click on the school link below. If you do not have a user ID and password, you will have to visit your child's school to obtain your registration information. Please be prepared to show photo identification.

TIPS AND SPECIAL NOTICES	Gradebook	You may notice that there are only a few classes listed or maybe a notice of "Data Not Found". The only classes that are listed are classes that a teacher has entered an assignment in the gradebook. It usually takes a few weeks before all teachers will have grades posted. You may want to contact your child's teacher to ask about their posting procedures.

REGISTRATION CONCERNS

1.	*What is USD 264 InTouch Online?*
	With an internet connection and a USD 264 InTouch Online user account, parents may access their child's attendance, grades, progress reports, class schedules, and other information.
2.	*Who may receive an account with USD 264 InTouch Online?*
	Parents or guardians of students enrolled in the USD 264 School District, may receive an InTouch Online account. Parents may register on-line then pick up their password and account information at their child's school by showing photo ID. Each child in the family will have a separate account.
3.	*Why do I have to make a personal appearance and bring a photo ID to get my account information?*
	To ensure privacy, the school must be certain that they issue USD 264 InTouch Online user account information only to those who have legal rights to view that student's information.

4.	*How secure is USD 264 InTouch Online?*
	All of the information viewed on USD 264 InTouch Online is password protected. Therefore, it is important that you keep your password completely private. When you initially receive your child's account information, you will have a separate password for each child in your family. Passwords can be changed as frequently as you wish. You can even change them so that all the children in your family have the same password. It is recommended that you change your password from the one assigned to you by the USD 264 InTouch Online program.
5.	*How do I change my password?*
	On the Login screen for USD 264 InTouch Online, you will find, "To change your existing password, click here" and you enter your user ID and existing password, then type your new password, type the new password again, and click "Submit."
6.	*Can anyone hack into USD 264 InTouch Online and change my child's information?*
	The information viewed through USD 264 InTouch Online is a copy of the school records. The USD 264 InTouch Online database is completely separate from the school's database. In the unlikely event that someone hacked into USD 264 InTouch Online, it would have no effect on the school's actual database.
7.	*Who else can view my student's information?*
	Without a user ID and password, no one can view the information displayed by USD 264 InTouch Online.
8.	*What do I need to do if I can't log into my new InTouch Online account?*
	If you cannot access your account, please e-mail the System Administrator on the Login screen for USD 264 InTouch Online.
9.	*Who do I contact when I need a real, live person to help me with my USD 264 InTouch Online problem?*
	You should contact the school that your child attends.

	Simply contact your child's school to leave a message for the USD 264 InTouch Online administrator to request your account information. For the safety and privacy of your child's records, you must come to the school with your photo ID to pick up account information for your child.
